Problem with ear piercing?

Well I got my ears pierced on April 5, 2011, then in may, they got infected. Tey got better, but in June 2011, I took them out so I wouldnt lose them in a pool. The next day I had trouble putting them back in. They had started closing. Then, later in July, one fell out while I was asleep and got what I believed to be infected. Then about two days ago, another fell out while I was asleep. It got slightly gooish, but not terribly bad. Now the other is a bit painful when I pull it a bit. I cleaned them. By the way, the whole time I was wearing hypoallergenic earrings. When will they heal fully?? So that even dirt can't infect them in like a DAY. Gee. How can I make them heal fast?
