I am going through foreclosure of my home and property. During this time I was able to sell one of my properties(for alot less than what it was worth.) However, it allowed me three extra months to try to sell my home and/or my acreage. Well at the time I was depressed, stressed, and full of anxiety which played a big part in me signing some paperwork at the bank without reading it first! Now with 16 days left I decided to try to file for bancruptcy. Well, That paperwork, that I signed without reading it first, stated that I was waiving my right to file bancruptcy!!!!! Is there anything I can do to unwaiver my right to file bancruptcy or to buy extra time to sell my home and property?? Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!
