Opinions about alchemy masteryz in WoW?

Kay so I'm at the point where I choose what mastery I want to do. Which is what? I just know that transmution makes the most gold. Buuuut... I want the fun pots/elixirs. I don't do pve raids, only pvp. So which might be best? And if you can explain exactly the difference between them all, it's appreciated! :)
