In SVR 08, how do u improve CAWS attributes?

My CAW's styles are powerhouse and brawler. So I bought the gold powerhouse and the gold brawler icons on wweshop. I then went to 24/7 mode as a created wrestler and i have done a lot of training exercises. If I get to 100% in 24/7 mode, lets say my CAW now has a 90 Overall, will that attribute be in exhibition mode if I decide to quit 24/7 mode and play 24/7 mode with someone else?
