When and where can I see Tom Felton?

Sounds kind of creepy but me and my friend's dream is to meet Tom Felton. We both live in New Orleans and know he is here at the moment filming In The Rough, but not sure where we could see him/meet him. If you know, thanks, if not, it's fine.
