Need your advices :/?

I like a boy...actually I like him a looot :( He's my friend's friend & works at a bar...I went there,watch him & immediately felt gooood :( but I'm a little shy...I have been only once in a relationship....& this guy is handsome...he can have every girl he wants & everybody says that...is there any advice or chance 4 me to be noticed? :(
