I really lyk this guy nd he lyks me too but there is a 3 yr age gap nd tht is a problem for him ?

i really lyk this boy nd he lyks me to but he is 3 yrs older than me but he has said tht the only thing tht is from asking me out is tht the age gap is to big but i think it could work what should i do ?? :S cause ritee now we aree jst to people who aree stopping each other from going out together :( please help :)
