I weight lift usually 5 days a week and I am really happy with my results in muscle growth, however I'd like to lose some of the excess fat I have stored on me. Problem is that I hate doing cardio, it's just so boring. I tried the Spartacus circuit training routine and loved it. My question is can I keep weight lifting like I am and incorporate the circuit training in, or do I need to modify my weight training schedule. I don't wan't to over do it and impede my results.
